1. Return & Refund Policy Overview

We accept returns of unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees. Products must be in new, resalable condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or have missing parts are not eligible for return unless the product is defective

3. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. Defective products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. After 30 days, defective products are covered under our warranty policy and may be eligible for repair or replacement, but not a refund.

For a product to be considered defective, it must:

  • Not function according to its intended purpose
  • Have manufacturing defects that affect performance
  • Not match the specifications as advertised

We may require photos or videos of the defect or may ask you to return the product for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at returns@csgaminghub.com or call us at +44 243 129 7871 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Package Your Return: Securely package the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card used for the purchase
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Store Credit: If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue a store credit for the refund amount

7. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs.

For international returns, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be incurred during the return process.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Products with broken seals or missing parts
  • Digital products or software that has been downloaded or activated
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

9. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures accurate inventory management and faster processing times.

10. Damaged Items During Shipping

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package if possible and contact us immediately. If you've already accepted the package and discovered damage to the product, please take photos of the damaged package and product, and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

11. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund:

  • Products returned with signs of use or wear
  • Products returned without original packaging or with incomplete accessories
  • Products that have been opened and are no longer in new condition

The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the returned product.

12. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we can process a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the product.
